Hi I'm Carlos, I grew up in sunny California in a loving home with my Dad,and my stay at home Mom.My Dad (Carlos Sr) is a business driven and hard working type of man .I inherited my work ethics from my Dad;whereas my Mom and I enjoyed cooking fantastic Puerto Rican dishes.I guess through years of cooking,I wanted to learn more about food science and thought I could incorporate this in my life. I attended the Professional Culinary School,Kitchen Academy where I learned a great variety of International cuisine.I joined the American Personal & Private Chef Association and the American Culinary Federation.Here I networked with other Professional Personal Chefs to keep up to date with new techniques, recipes,food trends and food safety.
